Dr. LeJon M. Carreon is a Colorado native who has been practicing dentistry since 2000. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1996 before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2000. In 2007, she started her dental practice from the ground up and has spent more than two decades caring for patients in the community.

Dr. Carreon believes every patient should be treated with the same respect, empathy and kindness she would show a member of her own family. She takes time to listen to each patient’s concerns, understand what is important to them and make their comfort a top priority. Her philosophy of care has also been shaped by a deeply personal experience: her son survived childhood cancer after being given a 50% chance of survival. Going through his treatment reinforced for Dr. Carreon how important it is to listen, show compassion and remember that every person may be facing challenges others cannot see.

Committed to continually improving the care she provides, Dr. Carreon participates in continuing education three to four times each year. She is a member of the American Dental Association®, the Colorado Dental Association, the Metro Denver Dental Society, Smile Source and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

Over the years, Dr. Carreon has helped expand the practice to provide a broad range of care in one location. The office offers restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental implant restorations, Invisalign® clear aligners, Six Month Smiles® and treatment for sleep apnea. Approximately 10 years ago, the practice began offering BOTOX® and dermal fillers, followed by additional aesthetic services such as radiofrequency microneedling, laser hair removal and intense pulsed light treatments. This growth eventually led to the addition of an integrated medspa, reflecting the practice’s focus on overall wellness as well as dental health.

Today, the practice also has an on-site nurse practitioner who provides additional wellness and aesthetic services, including weight loss therapy, hormone replacement therapy, vitamin therapy, peptides, PRP and PRF. Together, the team strives to provide convenient, comprehensive care while helping patients feel comfortable, heard and cared for throughout their experience.

Outside the office, Dr. Carreon is a proud mom of three children who have kept her busy over the years with activities including baseball and softball. She enjoys camping, fishing, working out, running, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Kissinger received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He then completed dental school at UCLA, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Kissinger completed an additional year of post-graduated studies and clinical experience by completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Denver, Colorado.

Previously, Dr. Kissinger owned a successful cosmetic, implant and general dentistry practice for 20 years in Littleton, Colorado. He was also a former team dentist for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and the University of Denver Department of Sports Medicine. Dr. Kissinger is passionate about continuing education and has achieved Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor obtained by less than 10% of practicing dentists.

Outside the office, Dr. Kissinger can be found skiing, hiking or working on antique cars.

Shauna has been an expanded duties dental assistant for 15 years and has a passion for helping her patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. As a Colorado native, she loves spending time with her family and two children outdoors. In Shauna’s spare time she teaches aerial yoga at a local studio. Around the office you can find Shauna assisting Dr. Carreon and Dr. Kissinger in all dental procedures.

Shauna has a strength for making our patients feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visits to our office.

Delilah was born and raised in Texas, so this Dallas Cowboys fan is loyal to the end! She loves the mountains and trails. She also loves to listen to many types of music and dance in her house like no one is watching! Music makes her happy, so you may hear Delilah coming down the street! She has been a dental assistant since 1997, and she cannot see herself doing anything else.
